STORE POLICIES

HAND-CUT CHEESE

We will make every effort to cut the specific amount of cheese that you have requested, but it is possible that we may cut slightly more or less.  Since our cheese is priced by the pound, you will be charged for the amount of the cheese we have cut.  Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a handcrafted food product, and that we will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied.

CHEESE TASTING  / INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED CHEESES

At The Cheese Shop On Park – we will encourage you to taste every cheese in which you are interested and will happily shave, cut or scoop you a taste (we may even insist if we have something out that is a Cheese Monger’s favorite).

The only instance where tasting is impossible is with small to medium-sized cheeses meant to be sold whole, such as (but not limited to) buttons or small rounds of chèvre; washed-rind delicacies such as époisses, Livarot, Brillat and Munster.

RETURN POLICY

The Cheese Shop On Park makes every effort to maintain, if not improve upon, the quality of our fine products. If there is any problem with your purchase we will make every effort to ensure you will be delighted with your selections.

CHEESES, MEATS, BEER AND WINE: Please return cheese, meats, beer and wine to us within 2 days of your purchase.  You must have your register receipt in order to receive a refund, otherwise a replacement product or store credit will be provided. Credit/refund will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:  Please return all other products within 30 days of purchase. You must have your register receipt in order to receive a refund, otherwise a replacement product or store credit will be provided. Credit/refund will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
